What are my legal responsibilities as an employer when using the Screening service?
As an employer, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring a legal basis for processing and uploading CVs to the platform, including their use in the Screening service and for contacting candidates for the preliminary telephone interview.
- Informing candidates about how their data will be used, including the use of AI-based automated tools and the automated telephone interview.
Note: BestJobs may act either as a data processor or an independent data controller, depending on the nature of the service, the purpose of the data processing, and the contractual relationship in place.
