By searching with keywords and city, the system generates results only from that city/country. If you perform a search based only on the city, the system also generates remote jobs, which is why multiple cities may appear in the job title. Remote jobs can be accessed from other cities as well, not just the ones displayed in the announcement. They are labeled as "Remote Work Available" in the job description.
If you don't want remote jobs to be displayed, you need to perform a search using a keyword as well.
