The own candidates screening service, used to assess the suitability of candidates for a project or a job posting, includes:
- Automatic CV analysis – CVs can be manually uploaded from external sources (email, in-house databases, or other applications) and are evaluated using automated AI-based tools that generate a preliminary assessment of the candidate’s compatibility with the role. Additional context can be added for each project and is taken into account during the evaluation process.
- Automatic preliminary telephone interview – All candidates uploaded to the project are automatically contacted for a telephone screening interview. A maximum of three interview questions can be added per project. The interview serves a preliminary purpose and aims to collect relevant information to support the assessment of the candidacy
