• Automatic CV analysis – CVs can be manually uploaded from external sources (email, in-house databases, or other applications) and are evaluated using automated AI-based tools that generate a preliminary assessment of the candidate’s compatibility with the role. Additional context can be added for each project and is taken into account during the evaluation process.
• Automatic preliminary telephone interview – All candidates uploaded to the project are automatically contacted for a telephone screening interview.
