What does it mean “Employers awaiting your response”?

The Employers awaiting your response section displays jobs you have applied to, but have not yet answered the interview questions added by the employer.

To record your responses, select the desired job and click the green Start Interview button. In the window that appears, select the response method: video, audio, or text.

For each question, you have 20 seconds to prepare your answer, after which the recording will start automatically. You will have 1 minute to answer each question. Your recorded answers will be visible to the employer on your profile, in the Video Interview section if you choose video, or in the Mini Interview section if you choose audio or text.
