What does it mean “Employers awaiting your response”?

The Employers awaiting your response section displays jobs you have applied to, but have not yet answered the interview questions added by the employer.

To record your responses, select the desired job and click the green Start Interview button. In the window that appears, select the response method: video, audio, or text.

Your recorded responses will be visible to the employer on your profile, in the Video interview section if you choose video, or in the Mini interview section if you choose audio or text.
