Recruiting on Bestjobs

Recruiting on Bestjobs is designed to help companies quickly find the right candidates for open positions, on Bestjobs, you pay for real interviews. Here are the steps and options available:

1. Create an account

If you don't have a Bestjobs account yet, visit the platform and sign up. Fill in your company details and customize your profile to attract candidates.

2. Post a job

Once logged in, go to the "Add job" section. Fill in the job details: title, description, requirements, and benefits. Select one of the available promotion packages to increase your listing's visibility.

Freemium – €0 upfront cost

  • Free to activate, no cost for the job posting itself
  • €5 per interview with recommended candidates from the database
  • €20 to access contact details of selected applicants
  • Upgrade to Start at any time

Start – €100 + VAT

  • 30 days promotion, organic applicants from the platform.

  • 10 interviews with recommended candidates from the database included
  • All applicant contacts are free

Plus – €200 + VAT

  • Everything in Start
  • 50 interviews with recommended candidates from the database included
  • Weekly refresh, via email

Pro – €300 + VAT

  • Everything in Plus
  • 100 interviews with recommended candidates from the database included
  • Refresh every 3 days, via email and WhatsApp

 

CV Search & Contact – 10 credits/contact

Direct contact of a candidate from the database, without an active recruitment package.

 

3. Manage applicants

Go to the Hire menu, under "My Jobs," to see your list of applicants. Use advanced filters to evaluate CVs by relevance, experience, distance, and other criteria. Contact candidates directly through the platform.

4. Promote and optimize your listing

Choose promotion and outreach packages and optimize your listing with the right details to attract more relevant candidates.

5. Directly contact candidates from the database

Use the Recommended column to reach out to candidates from our database. Plus and Pro include a set number of free direct calls; on Start, 10 interviews with recommended candidates are included, and all applicant contacts are free. On Freemium, contacting is pay-as-you-go (€5/interview, €20 to access selected applicants' contacts). You can also use "CV Search & Contact" (10 credits/contact) to reach a candidate directly, without an active job package.
