The Response Rate takes into account the actions you perform on BestJobs: viewing applicants, setting applicant status to Interview or Rejected or contacting the applicant. A high Response Rate generates more applicants, as they know they will get a response for their application, but also more suitable candidates, as our algorithm will learn the type of candidates you prefer according to your Interview/Rejected status selections.
On the other hand, a low Response Rate can be attributed to improper applicant management: lack of views, failure to use the Interview/Rejected status, failure to contact applicants.
