# Why can't I access the contact details from CVs?

If you are unable to access the contact details of candidates, please first check whether there are any outstanding payments on your account. If there is an overdue payment, you will see a notification in your account showing the outstanding amount and payment due date.

For **Freemium** jobs, job promotion is free. However, accessing a candidate through a direct interview via the platform is charged at **10 credits per CV**. Alternatively, you can upgrade the job to a paid promotion package — **Start, Plus, or Pro** — to access the contact details of all your applicants.
