Interviews are seamlessly integrated into each candidate’s profile on Bestjobs, displayed directly alongside their CV.
To view these interviews, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your employer account.
- Navigate to My Jobs → Applicants.
- The AI interviews will be visible within each applicant’s profile on the bottom right, in the Mini Interview section.
Filtering Applicants with AI Interviews
If you wish to view only applicants who have completed an AI interview:
- Click on Filter
- nder the Confine results section on the right-hand side, select Only applicants with AI interview.
Searching for Candidates with AI Interviews
You can also search for candidates directly in the Bestjobs database. Many profiles already include an AI interview attached and ready for review.
