# When can I cancel an order?

An order can be canceled **within 48 hours of placement**, provided that the **purchased services have not been used**. If any job ads or credits have been utilized, or if job ads have already been posted, the order and its associated usage cannot be canceled.

Additionally, if the order activates a monthly subscription, these provisions do not apply. Monthly subscriptions can only be canceled after the minimum validity period has expired.

For assistance, you can confidently call your **Account Manager** or contact **Customer Service** by email at [hire@bestjobs.eu](mailto:hire@bestjobs.eu).

To get in touch with your **Account Manager**, go to the **Wallet** → **Billing Information** section. Your **Account Manager**’s name will appear in the top right corner. Click on the name to view their contact details.
