When can I cancel an order?

An order can be canceled within 48 hours of placement, provided that the purchased services have not been used. If any job ads or credits have been utilized, or if job ads have already been posted, the order and its associated usage cannot be canceled.

Additionally, if the order activates a monthly subscription, these provisions do not apply. Monthly subscriptions can only be canceled after the minimum validity period has expired.
