What does the employer rating mean?

You can rate employers by accessing the Edit CV menu → Professional Experience section. Add a new experience or edit an existing one. Once you enter the company name in this section, you will be able to rate the employer from 1 to 5 stars.

The rating is displayed on the employer’s profile page, and the average score is calculated based on the ratings received.
