What does the employer rating mean?

You can rate employers by accessing the "Edit Profile" menu -> "Professional Experience" section. Add a new experience or edit the saved experience, and once you enter the company name within the section, you will be able to give the employer a rating from 1 to 5 stars. The rating is displayed on the employer's profile page, and the average rating is calculated based on the received ratings.
