My CV's evaluation for a job is wrong. What can I do? How can I request a re-evaluation?

The evaluation system primarily analyzes the information explicitly presented in your CV, in relation to the requirements specified by the employer in the job advertisement. Sometimes, certain skills mentioned in the CV may not be recognized or correlated clearly enough, which can result in a lower match percentage.

What you can do:

  1. Detail the information listed in the Weaknesses section of the evaluation within your CV. Presenting your skills clearly and directly can help the system more accurately match them to the employer’s requirements.
  2. Report incorrect evaluation: Click the Report incorrect evaluation link next to the evaluation details. In the window that appears, you can briefly describe what went wrong in the assessment. All reports are reviewed, and if an error is confirmed, the evaluation will be corrected free of charge.
