I received a notification that the user already exists in the database. What can I do?

For security reasons, you can only use one email address and one unique phone number in a Bestjobs account. There are two situations where you may encounter this message:


  • The email address is already in use
  • The phone number is being used in another account

The email address is already in use:


If you try to enter an email address and receive a notification that the email address is already used in another account, you can request password recovery and access the registered account with that email address. Alternatively, you can request the deletion of the account by writing to us at contact@bestjobs.eu . After the account is deleted, you will be able to use the email address in the desired account.


The phone number is being used in another account


If you have another account with a different email address but the same entered phone number, the system will not allow you to create another account with the same phone number or modify it. You can recover your old account by clicking on "Yes, I want to recover the password of the old account" and enter the email or phone number from the old account to reset the password. Alternatively, you can click on "Yes, I want to transfer the number to the current account" if you no longer want the old account, and the new number will be transferred to the current account after you enter the confirmation code received via SMS.
