If you’ve accidentally posted a job on Bestjobs, don’t worry—there’s a simple solution. Follow these steps to suspend the job posting:
- Access the "My Jobs" section.
- Locate the job posting you wish to suspend.
- On the job card, click the Suspend button ("X").
If done correctly, the job will become inactive.
Please note that suspending a job does not cancel the consumption of credits or the issued invoice.
If you wish to cancel the consumption, please access your Bestjobs account and go to the Wallet > Transactions section. If you are eligible for cancellation, you will see a "Cancel" button next to the activated service.
By pressing the "Cancel" button, the credits will be restored to your account and can be used for any other Bestjobs service.
If the "Cancel" button is not active, it means that:
- You have already used the service (e.g., viewed applicants), or
- You are no longer within the 48-hour timeframe as per the platform's Terms and Conditions
