# I can't log in/I forgot my password. What can I do?

To reset your password, follow the steps below:

1. Click the ***Forgot password?***link on the login page.
2. In the corresponding field, enter the **email address** or **phone number** **(including the country code**) you used to register your account.
3. Make sure you enter the correct email address or phone number associated with your account, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
4. You will receive a password reset link by email or via SMS, depending on the method you selected. Open the link and follow the instructions to create a new password for your account.
5. If you don’t receive the message, please check your **Spam** or **Junk** folder.
