I applied for a job and then changed my CV. How can I inform the employer?

If you have made changes to your CV after applying for a specific job, the updated version of your CV will only be displayed to employers who have not yet viewed the previous version. If the employer has already viewed the initial CV, they will not receive a notification regarding any subsequent changes you have made.
