Explore Bestjobs recruitment services with guaranteed results **We offer two ways of working, each with three packages: Start, Plus and Pro.** **Freemium – €0** - Free to activate, with no cost for publishing the job itself - €5 per interview with recommended candidates from the database - €10 per interview with applicants, with calls made through the platform - You can upgrade to Start, Plus, or Pro at any time **1. YOU RECRUIT (Self service)** You run the recruitment process, and we provide applicants and recommended candidates from our database. **Start: 150 euro + VAT** The basic package: - Your job listed on our site for 30 days, with free access to all applicants - 10 guaranteed applicants on the first day - 10 calls to recommended candidates from our database **Plus: 300 euro + VAT** For most positions: - 35 guaranteed applicants on the first day - 35 calls to recommended candidates from our database - Weekly job refresh by email **Pro: 450 euro + VAT** For hard-to-fill positions or multiple hires: - 75 guaranteed applicants on the first day - 75 calls to recommended candidates from our database - Job refresh every 3 days by email and WhatsApp **2. WE RECRUIT FOR YOU (Dedicated recruiter)** A dedicated recruiter takes care of your position, with the same applicant and call guarantees as Self service. **Start: 100 euro + VAT** The basic package: - Your job listed on our site for 30 days, with free access to all applicants - 10 guaranteed applicants on the first day - 10 calls to recommended candidates from our database **Plus: 200 euro + VAT** For most positions: - 35 guaranteed applicants on the first day - 35 calls to recommended candidates from our database - Weekly job refresh by email **Pro: 300 euro + VAT** For hard-to-fill positions or multiple hires: - 75 guaranteed applicants on the first day - 75 calls to recommended candidates from our database - Job refresh every 3 days by email and WhatsApp **2026 OFFER** Until December 31, 2026, the success fee is on us.
