Access the Jobs section and on each card, you will find, in addition to the number of views and total applicants, the categorization of applicants into folders based on their status: New, Viewed, Shortlisted, Interview.
Bestjobs sends you daily email notifications about new applicants. Make sure that when publishing the job posting, the last field before activation, "Receive email alerts," is filled in with the project manager's email address. The alerts with the newest applicants can be sent to multiple colleagues; simply select their email addresses.
