The search is done by keyword and location. After entering the keyword and location, you can click on "Create a Job Alert with this search" to receive email alerts with the latest jobs.
You can activate/deactivate the new job alert by accessing the secondary menu, "Account Settings," and within the "Notifications" section, clicking on the "Modify" button.
