You can view the applicants for your jobs in the predefined lists or by using the filtering options.
- All - here you will find all the applicants for the selected job
- New - the newest applicants
- Removed - applicants you have deemed unsuitable for the job
- Viewed - applicants whose profiles you have viewed
- Shortlist - applicants you have deemed suitable and saved for contact
- Interview - candidates you have selected for an interview
- Hired - candidates who have passed all recruitment stages and have been hired
Suggested - candidates suggested by the site from the database, recommendations based on the domain set in the job posting, similar candidates, etc.
You can also use the search and sorting filters for resumes.
