# How do I reactivate an older job posting?

To **reactivate an older job posting**, follow these steps:

1. Go to the **Hire** menu and select **My Jobs** section
2. Select the **Job board** section for easier job management. From the **Inactive** column, select the job you would like to reactivate
3. On the job card labeled **Inactive**, click the **Activate** button in the bottom right corner. The job will then be published as a **new listing**.

**Tip:** Before reactivating an older job, review the **job description** and update any details as needed.
