How can I send the CVs from my account via email?

To send candidates' CVs from your Bestjobs account via email, follow these steps:

1. Access the My Jobs section in your account.
2. Open the list of applicants for the selected job.
3. Choose the candidate whose CV you want to send via email, or select multiple applicants at once.
4. From the top bar, click on the Send to Email option and enter the email address where you want to send the CVs.

To send all CVs from a specific folder, open the desired folder (e.g., Interview). Access the Actions menu, then select all CVs by clicking the checkbox in the top-right corner of the list. Click on Send to Email and enter the recipient’s email address. If desired, you can choose to send the CVs as a compressed ZIP archive by selecting the corresponding option.
