The system allows you to send messages to both individual candidates and multiple candidates within the same folder.
To send a message to a single candidate, you need to open their CV, and once you click on the "Send Message" section, a window will open where you can write your desired text.
To send a message to multiple candidates at the same time, you will need to enter one of the desired folders (Interview, Shortlist, etc.) and select all the candidates from that folder on the top right. Once selected, you will click on the "Send Message" icon. In the opened window, you will be able to enter the message to be sent to all those candidates.
Messages to applicants for all-inclusive jobs are free. For applicants to unpaid jobs or candidates found in the database, you need to activate a Premium subscription, and the cost of a message will be 10 BestJobs credits. You will have instant access to the contact details of the applicants to whom you have sent a message.
