Yes, it is possible to post jobs for different companies. In the "Add Job" form, click on the "Employer" section and check the option "Other employer." If you select an unclaimed profile, you will need to claim that profile first, and then you will be able to edit its information from that account. If you add a job to a profile that has already been claimed by another account, the job will be posted under that employer's name and will appear on that profile. However, you will not be able to edit the profile from your account in this case.
